Private Label & Wholesale BBQ Sourcing
HASEN supports importers, distributors and ecommerce brands sourcing BBQ tools and accessories from Yangjiang, China. Start with a product model and your sales requirements. Product specification, branding, packaging, MOQ and timing are confirmed for each project.
| Purchase requirement | Details to confirm |
|---|---|
| Existing-model private label | Choose a catalog model and share your logo and packaging brief. Confirm branding positions, artwork and packaging requirements before sampling. |
| OEM / specification changes | Send drawings, dimensions, material preferences and intended use. Feasibility, tooling, MOQ and timing require review for the selected product. |
| ODM / product development | Share your concept, reference products and target use. Agree the development scope, sample stages and any tooling or design ownership terms before starting. |
| Bundles and retail packaging | List every component, pack quantity, box style and sales channel. Confirm each component and the assembled package before bulk production. |

Buyer questions
What is the MOQ for private label BBQ accessories?
MOQ is confirmed by product and customization level. Standard products, logo application, custom packaging and structural changes can have different minimum quantities. Send the model, quantity per SKU and packaging brief so HASEN can review the order.
Can I start with a small test order?
Tell us the quantity you want to test and whether you need a standard product, logo or custom packaging. Availability and a suitable starting quantity must be checked for each model; there is no single MOQ for the entire catalog.
What should I prepare before requesting a sample?
Provide the product model, target market, material or size changes, logo artwork and packaging requirements. Identify whether you need a standard sample or a customized sample. Confirm sample availability, charges and timing before planning your launch.
Can products be prepared for an Amazon or other warehouse shipment?
Include the destination warehouse requirements, barcode files, label positions, carton markings and packing instructions in your brief. Confirm the preparation scope and final packaging for the order. Marketplace or warehouse acceptance is not implied by a product listing.
Which product documents should I request?
Specify the destination market, selected model, material and intended use. Ask which existing material or test documents cover that exact product and whether additional testing is needed. A document for one model does not establish coverage for the whole catalog.
How are production timing and repeat orders confirmed?
Confirm the specification, approved sample, artwork, quantity and delivery requirements for each order. For a repeat order, provide the previous model or order reference and identify any changes. Production and dispatch dates require order-specific confirmation.
Does private label mean an exclusive product?
No. A logo or branded package does not by itself establish exclusive rights to a product. Any exclusivity, tooling ownership or design-use terms must be discussed and agreed separately.
Pricing is provided by quotation. Share your product models, estimated quantities, target market and packaging requirements. The inquiry-list quantity is an estimate, not an agreed MOQ.
